Events: Choice of venue for last night's Melbourne meeting

    Thanks to everyone who came out to last night's Melbourne meeting.

    I'd like to get some feedback about the different venue. In case you were wondering, we used the Bell's Hotel & Brewery in South Melbourne for a couple of reasons:

    1) The regular venue was already booked for that night, and
    2) We'd be keen to find a regular venue that has a better atmosphere than the regular room in the city.

    I've set up a poll using the forum software—you should see it off to the left when viewing the main Discussions page. However, it may not be visible for some of you. If you can't see it, go to Account > Forum Preferences and tick the checkbox that reads "Show active Poll in Panel".

    Feel free to leave your thoughts about a Melbourne venue in this thread as well.

    Both venues are convenient for me. It is easier to get to the drinks afterwards at the pub. :-)
