This leading North Shore-based web content management software organization are looking for a talented web developer to build high quality, standards based web sites for blue chip clients integrating with their Content Management System. This exciting role primarily involves using XSLT to develop leading custom-built web sites using XHTML & CSS. You will be able to take Photoshop-based designs and turns these into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible HTML and CSS in a true Web 2.0 environment.

You will be working on a variety of exciting Web based projects and will have the opportunity to learn or improve on ASP.NET and AJAX skills. The role is a full-time permanent position, however they will also consider a contracter for the role.
The successful candidate will have exceptional XSLT, HTML, CSS and Javascript development experience, preferably from a media or web development organization. As a person you will have loads of drive and initiative, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. You will have a passion for the presentation level, and you will know (and care) what tables are really meant for.
Required skills:
* Proven experience coding HTML,CSS and JavaScript by hand. * Experience in XML and XHTML generation using XSLT * A portfolio of web sites demonstrating experience in standards-based mark-up * A passion for usability and web standards * Any ASP/ASP.NET skills highly regarded * Strong communication skills * Photoshop skills
