So... has anyone made any new year's resolutions pertaining to web standards? I've seen some blogs with programming-related resolutions, but nothing web standards-related as yet.

    Of course, I don't have any... :P

Oh mine is just to try and keep on top of all my standards reading!

    I think I'm already behind!

At the start of every year I get excited and full of ideas for the new year. New web apps to build, new blogs to start... even an online comic!

Then real life starts to chip away at my free time, one by one, and at the end of the year 99% of my ideas not only arent completed - they now sound stoopid.

    So no resolutions for me.

Nothing specific. Although I really should learn DOM scripting now that Jeremy/HIJAX has removed the evil ;) His book is on its way to my postbox...

Same as 200ok - DOM scripting is currently on the radar for me - I've sidestepped it waaaaaaay too long........ :)

See, I think that DOM scripting was one of my now-forgotten resolutions from last year. Maybe I should dust it off again for this year and get Jeremy's book :)

My web standards resolution is to get the Adelaide WSG happening. I'll be making a lot more noise about this in the coming months.

Mine would be similar to Adam's..

Trying to get the local CMS communities to talk with each other and exchanging ideas / meets with groups like WSG and AIWA. Sarah Simmonds / chixor pitched a few ideas my way (in this regard) @ Massive that should bear fruition..

Learn JS is definitely on the list. Or more precisely: stay awake while trying to learn JS zzzzz :-/

Had the DOM Scripting book for ages - just can't seem to get through it - must try harder.
Also just got MiB's JS Anthology which I started and it reads much easier (for me anyway).
