The content seems useful, but every page throws a "a script on this page may be busy or stopped responding" error in Firefox. Maybe they need a JS Advisor to sort this out?
Implementation issues aside, I think it's a useful resource, because there are a lot of people out there who don't care about web standards and use Dreamweaver to create pages. An Adobe resource saying "don't do it this way, do it this way" - even just as it relates to specific CSS rendering problems - might help avoid some of the web site atrocities that we keep seeing.
