• Wicked markup chops: hand-coding clean, coherent, compliant and semantic XHTML/CSS/Javascript.

• In-depth knowledge of CSS: layout, positioning, browser quirks.

• Comfortable writing best-practice JavaScript, frameworks optional.

• Expertise with translating designs into production-quality code that is multi-browser and cross-platform.

• A good eye for design and skills in a graphics package.

• Great work ethic. Must thrive in a fast-paced, cutting edge, creative team environment.

Aside from that, the ability to dip into a bit of PHP when needed is a good thing, but not mandatory.
