Workforce Guardian is a business on the move. We are an online employment relations service designed for business to help managers hire, manage and exit employees whilst remaining compliant with Australian employment law.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our organisation opening its new Sydney office. You will be part of a small but highly qualified multi-disciplined team that can offer a challenging but flexible working environment.
Your primary responsibilities will be to create and maintain innovative document management/employee record management websites, the public website, as well as integrations with other websites. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining digital marketing campaigns, as well as ensuring that all websites are optimised for search, content and accessibility. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the integration of websites with other 3rd party systems such as CRM and CMS.
To be successful for this web designer/developer role you must have the following:
* 2 years + experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator (Fireworks and/or InDesign is a plus) * Experience working with Flash and Dreamweaver * Good working knowledge of search engine optimisation * 2 years + experience developing with PHP/MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript/DOM (.Net and SQL Server not required, but familiarity would help) * Good working knowledge of content management systems. * Good working knowledge of W3C standards compliance.
