    Hi,

I think joomla is best in CMS.

    Thanks ,

I would suggest SilverStripe (opensource).. Relatively new but is much better and user friendly than joomla and mambo.

    Cheers,

I've testet Wordpress, Joomla 1.5, Typolight and Drupal 5 for a medium sized site.

    • Wordpress is a problem, because You have to hack the code and then every update with dozens of plugins ... you are updating, fixing, updating, fixing...

    • Typolight has a really beautiful and good backend, but only some functions. So it's more a framework, but if You're good in PHP and SQL - give it a try.

    • The newer Joomla 1.5 has now a backend, that is a backend and great URLs. For me, You should start with it, when Your special features are covered.

    • My site runs with Drupal, because Drupal grows just so far as it is required. Quite good. And fast.
